工作职责:
Position Overview
Azure Platform Support Engineer in Beijing and focus on to provide trouble-shoot with customer reported Microsoft Azure Platform services issue. You will work closely co-work with components teams to quickly fix customer platform issue. we provide 24/7 support on Microsoft Azure Platform services to make sure all services are working healthy and efficiently.
微软云平台运维工程师工作在北京,主要侧重于微软云平台相关组件问题的排错工作。全力配合产品团队快速解决客户遇到的平台问题,为客户提供7*24小时的平台服务技术支持并确保所有服务、健康高效运行。
Job Responsibilities
1) Perform Trouble Shooting for customer issues
2) Handle emergency support according to LSA
3) Provide workaround and the suitable solution per real requirements in customer’s production environment.
4) Develop scripts to improve daily working efficiency
5) Provide Root Cause Analysis for customers' reported issues

任职资格:
Experience, Skills and Competencies
1) Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
2) Must have demonstrated expertise in one or more of these areas:
• Systems administration (Linux or Windows Servers)
• Networking (DNS, DHCP, Basic knowledge of TCP/IP)
• Databases (MySQL, MSSQL)
• Past experience as a systems administration, network engineer, software
3) development engineer or IT support
4) Remote technical support or co-work with PG team troubleshooting
5) Self-starter who is excited about Azure Cloud technology
6) Support to working shifts 7*24 (8am-4pm or 4pm-12pm, 12pm-8am)
7) Exposure to Virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor)
8) Exposure to work flow concepts / best practices
9) Expertise with IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Routing Protocols, SSH, Network Monitoring / Troubleshooting tools
10) Experience to script develop (development experience one or more with Shell /C/C++ /Python/ .NET / HTML.ect.)

5) 虚拟化经验(VMware, Xen, Hypervisor)
6) 工作流程的概念/最佳实践
7) IPSec VPN, 负载平衡、路由协议、SSH、网络监控/排错工具使用的相关经验
8) 具有脚本开发能力(熟悉Shell /C/C++ /Python/ .NET / HTML 中的一种或多种开发语言 )
