任职资格：

Skills and qualifications:
• 24x7 support – potential to work at least 1 weekend day
• Experience in a customer facing or customer support role
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving role
• Experience in a team environment
• 2+ Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014 or an equivalent database product
• Experience with Business Intelligence including SQL Reporting Services and/or Analysis Services is plus
• Experience with network connectivity
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft® Windows Server
• Strong knowledge of UNIX or other operating systems (preferred).
• B.S. degree in C.S. or E.E. or equivalent
