Position Overview
Blue Cloud partners with international Cloud-Computing companies of various sizes, from the first-runner up public cloud platform to mid-size SaaS providers to help them land their services in China. You’ll be joining a high-achieving team with a single focus of helping international cloud-computing companies land in China. Our team thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments.

As a Senior International Business Development Manager, you understand the cloud-computing / big-data industry landscape globally, and harness it to discover potential partnerships. You bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, to identify and maximize business opportunities with the potential companies in the pipeline as well as discover the new ones. Your role involves taking full responsibility of developing businesses, addressing the market challenges and opportunities. You will drive close collaboration with internal functional teams such as Engineering, DevOps, Risk Management, Marketing, legal and finance to build partnerships successfully.

You are self-driven, enthusiastic and passionate, with superb communication skills and a proven track record in growing the business partnerships. You are here to make things happen.

Job Responsibilities
1) Building connections with key stakeholders in international cloud-computing (SaaS, PaaS) and big-data companies in a broad spectrum of industry verticals. Identify, evaluate, and value partnership opportunities.
2) Analyzing market opportunities and creating strategies for new lines of businesses and business models that will drive revenue growth.
3) Developing and fostering strong long term business relationships across the globe as well as companies already in China.
4) Achieving revenue target and growth expectations.
5) Managing execution and contract compliance for deals to close.
6) International business travel is required sporadically throughout the year.

任职资格：

1) BA/BS degree in English, International Trade or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
2) At least 5 years of experience in international trade, business development or multinational projects.
3) Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Extensive negotiation skills.
4) Acquired an ability to manage multiple deals at once with an eye towards cost and strategic value.
5) Exceptional communication skills and ability to formulate insights and opinions around complex business problems.
6) Self-directed, motivated and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goal.
7) A strong team player that values the importance of the success of their overall group.
8) Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
1) Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with mid/big-size international companies.
2) Broad understanding of the cloud-computing (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) globally.
3) Experience in 2 or more of these industries: cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS - open source / proprietary), big data, security, data-center infrastructures / colocation, enterprise applications.
